Greenhouse gas neutrality …
… Germany has set itself this major goal. It should – or rather must – be achieved by 2050. For our world and our future. We at Brähler Systems are doing our part to achieve this goal in the interest of all of us and to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible and ideally to reduce it further.
In addition to our daily efforts in development and production, we consciously invest in climate protection. The DIGIMIC housing parts are milled from the full aluminum block – we return the production residues that are created in the process to the economic cycle. The remains can thus be melted down and put to new use.
Products sustainably thought

In development and production, we pay strong attention to durable and sustainable products. At Brähler Systems, we have redesigned and redeveloped many products in recent years in such a way that we have been able to save a lot of plastic. A large number of our products are now made of aluminum, which is more durable and easier to recycle than plastic. In the DIGIMIC consoles, for example, the upper housing shell is completely replaced by aluminum. With each DIGIMIC console, we thus save about half the amount of plastic.
In addition, we at Brähler Systems rely on screws instead of glue. This makes it easier to disassemble the individual devices, separate the materials and recycle them more effectively. Precious raw materials such as aluminum, copper, etc. are not lost, but can be added to the material cycle again.
Quality from Germany – also for the sake of the climate
In production, we rely on quality from Germany for our products. The majority of our suppliers come from Germany – some even from the immediate region. We have thus managed to drastically reduce our transport routes in production. Many kilometers of transport distance are eliminated, especially long overseas routes. In addition to the transport route, we also focus on sustainability in the transport packaging of our products. For example, we switched from bubble wrap to reusable transport boxes. This means that the individual components are no longer wrapped in foil but shipped in boxes. The boxes are assembled by individual modules, so all our products no matter which can be shipped with the same system. The individual modules go back to the supplier and are used over and over again.
WEEE – Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Of course, we also take back old equipment of our own brand. We take back old devices and recycle them properly in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. If you have an appropriate old device to dispose of, please contact us by mail.
